We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shophydrim.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damaged item. We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a replacement or refund.
